Ajilon Consulting has an opening for 3 QA Testers in Phoenix for a 5 month contract (possibly longer).

This position pays $36.00/hr W-2. It is a 5 month contract, with a possible extension. UAT testing, document results. Complete quality assurance testing for both a mainframe-based revolving credit system and software interfacing to the mainframe. Manage an entire test lifecycle which will include creating and executing detailed test plans and scripts, documenting results and tracking defects to provide an accurate risk assessment. Staging test scenarios include activities such as credit application processing, funding of accounts and servicing to include customer service, collections and letter generation. Mainframe would be a plus.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



. Enter Credit Applications either manually through the test web-site or directly into the credit system using visual basic macro's



. Review credit decision responses both web-site and printed Credit Notifications. Identify and troubleshoot problems



. Complete credit system process in the test region which includes manual overrides, declines, restarts, duplicate and other queue activities for both initial and subsequent procedures.



. Complete servicing activities which may include funding, posting payments, reversals, disputes and other activity to complete testing.



. Review customer billing statements, letters and correspondence to ensure accurate information



. Create, prepare and execute test plans and scripts, recording results and defects.



. Complete CHA internal training



QUALIFICATIONS



. Microsoft Applications with emphasis on Excel and Access



. Prior experience with consumer lending and/or revolving credit



. Prior experience with credit application processing systems or asset (loan) receivable systems to include customer billing statements



. Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills



. Ability to work both independently and in a team



. Experience with Quality Center (QC) or BA (Visual Basic for Applications) for custom macros a plus but not necessary
