Will create and update the design portion of feature specifications. Adheres to organizational processes and procedures. Adheres to departmental best-practices for software development. May provide technical leadership.<BR><BR>REQUIREMENTS:<BR>Bachelors Degree in related field.<BR>2-3 years of related experience.<BR>Current core Web technologies/skills: JAVA, HTTP, HTML/XHTML, XML/XSLT, Javascript, AJAX, CSS.
