Adecco Engineering and Technical, a division of the world leader in the recruitment of engineering and information technology professionals, has an immediate opening for a ERP Programmer/Developer on a Contract/Direct opportunity with our client in Chandler.<BR><BR>Our client is looking for a Senior ERP Programmer/Developer. The position will require ERP solution leadership for multiple projects working with multiple business teams in developing and driving business and system solutions. Proactively work with business teams to support business and technical issues and drive closure on all support items, including business process, policies and technical solutions. Drive process standardization across the business to streamline and provide efficiencies both operationally and technically. Provide business domain expertise and knowledge and apply produce functional and technical specifications for solution execution.<BR><BR>Job Requirements<BR>* Bachelor's degree in technical and/or business associated discipline. <BR>* 8-10 years of IT and manufacturing business work experience <BR>* 5-7 years experience implementing an ERP system in mid tier organizations.<BR>* MS Dynamics GP experience is a PLUS. <BR>* Proven experience in designing and implementing business solutions on an ERP platform across various functional modules (inventory, financials, manufacturing, etc.) <BR>* Minimum 2 full cycle ERP implementations completed in the role defined above. <BR>* Possesses in depth knowledge of manufacturing business cycles. <BR>* Strong written and oral communication skills, able to speak IT and business to all levels of an organization from developer to executive in terms that apply accordingly. <BR>* Highly motivated, Self starter <BR>* Ability to quickly identify and analyze TECHNICAL RISKS &amp; impacts; define alternatives &amp; prioritization to remove technical roadblocks. <BR>* Excellent negotiation skills to lead through influence <BR><BR>To be considered for this position please forward Resume and salary requirements to (see below) <BR><BR>If you are interested in working in environments where leadership, excellence, accountability, diversity, and respect are among our core Principles, than explore the opportunities a Adecco Engineering and Technical.
