The successful candidate will: Lead a multidisciplinary team to introduce new products into manufacturing. Work with the product development team, the manufacturing team and vendors to ensure all issues related to production are resolved for on-time delivery of products. Review product designs for manufacturability. Create manufacturing work procedures for factory operators. Work with purchasing to select vendors and procure material. Proactively identify and resolve manufacturing issues ahead of the impact point.
