The successful candidate will be responsible for: Leading a multidisciplinary team to introduce new products into manufacturing; working with the product development team, the manufacturing test engineering, manufacturing team and vendors to ensure all issues related to production are resolved for on-time delivery of products; reviewing product designs for manufacturability; creating manufacturing work procedures for factory operators, working with purchasing to select vendors and procure material; proactively identifying and resolving manufacturing issues ahead of the impact point.
