Description:
Lead the Creation and Management of Cost Benefit Analyses (CBA's) across VP portfolio
Lead analysis and evaluation of complex financial analytics to support business decisions.
Create complex analyses of information, projections, and other meaningful data and prepares detailed forecasts on evolution of technology and services
Lead part or all of a Reengineering program to achieve Reengineering targets and to ensure that deliverables are fully met.
Work closely with VP and Directors to analyze, validate and track their identified saves.
Provide advice and/or support to leadership on approach for reengineering assessment.
Provide ad hoc consultancy using financial analysis experience and Reengineering skills.
Develop strategies for the redesign of organizations in support of saving initiatives. Continuously challenges current custom and practice, proposing improvements in cost effectiveness and efficiency, where appropriate.
Must be self sufficient
Strong communication skills
Current or Prior work experience at American Express highly desirable.

Position Requirements:
Possesses experience in the overall responsibility for structuring a project, performing the detailed planning, and managing project execution and completion of moderate or large projects. Defines the phase deliverables, tracks milestones and incurred expenses versus planned expenses, schedules roles and resources, evaluates risks and recommends contingency plans. Manages the development of the technical strategy. Assigns resources and tasks, and manages quality assurance, resolution of issues, status reviews and reporting, development of standards, change control, customer support, and compliance with all policies and procedures. Able to facilitate workshops, such as JAD (Joint Application Design), RAD (Rapid Application Development) and DRP (Disaster Recovery Planning) sessions.
